I learned a lot from this book and enjoyed the way it made me think about myself in relation to the responsibilities one has in a helping profession- so much so that I felt the need to share my opinion. To keep track of it all there is a Character Glossary but unfortunately it’s located in the back of the book where it might easily go missed for some time. I get that the two groups are linked, but that makes the cover of the book incredibly misleading. I'm glad I already bought more of her books.
