She seemed utterly shallow and without substance, and since the book is all about her, that left the plot feeling quite flimsy and frivolous for me. Her earliest research developed the concept of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPCK), a theory generated from case studies of English teachers’ learning and use of technologies in schools. There are other poems in this volume with lines as memorable, if not as famous.
